By using Sacramento Academy's website, app, and tutoring services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Sacramento Academy provides in-person and online K-12 tutoring services in Sacramento, California. We offer math, reading, art, publishing, AI playground, chess, and language tutoring. The first demo lesson is free. Subsequent sessions are billed according to the pricing plan you select.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is listed on our Pricing page. We offer the most competitive rates in Sacramento and beyond. All plans include free 24/7 access to our app and parent portal, advanced online tutoring, and unlimited support between sessions at no extra cost.
Tutor partnership
Sacramento Academy does not charge tutors any fees for in-person classes, provided they align with us in offering fair prices and high-quality education to the Sacramento community. Tutors are expected to uphold our standards of quality and fairness.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a session through our app or by contacting your tutor. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the session.
Learning guarantee
We guarantee progress. If your child does not show measurable improvement after 8 sessions, we will provide additional tutoring at no cost until they do. Progress is tracked in the parent portal after every lesson.
Limitation of liability
Sacramento Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for tutoring services in the preceding three months.
Intellectual property
All content on our website, app, and portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sacramento Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
